These terms explain how you can use the artwork, templates and other assets you get from That PLR Shop, including through the AI Art & Marketing Club. If something isn’t covered here, please email support@thatplrshop.com before you use the assets.
The short version
Commercial, PLR and MRR use included. Use the artwork and templates to create new finished products that you can sell with commercial, PLR or MRR rights. Original assets may not be redistributed as-is, sold as standalone asset packs or given away for free.
Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to members of the AI Art & Marketing Club and to the assets included in the membership.
Unless a product page or download says otherwise, the same terms also apply to products bought in our shop and to our free resources.
What you can do
You may use the artwork and templates to create new, finished products and sell them. You may sell those finished products with commercial, PLR or MRR rights.
Examples of finished products you can make include:
- Planners and journals
- Workbooks and guides
- Printable bundles
- Cards and stationery
- Books and activity products
- Templates
- Marketing materials
- Print-on-demand designs
- Other meaningfully transformed digital or physical products
Your product must meaningfully transform the assets
A finished product must meaningfully transform the supplied assets by combining them with original text, layouts, templates, design elements or other substantive content.
Superficial changes are not enough. For example, recoloring, cropping, resizing, adding a watermark or logo, or changing the file format does not turn an asset into a new product.
What you can’t do
- Sell or redistribute the original art files as-is
- Make only superficial changes and resell the assets
- Repackage the art as another clipart, image or asset bundle
- Give the art, templates or resulting PLR/MRR products away as freebies, lead magnets, bonuses or giveaways
- Upload the assets to stock, clipart, template or asset-library websites
- Build a competing art membership, vault or subscription from the supplied assets
- Allow customers to extract and redistribute the underlying source artwork separately
Passing rights on to your customers
When you sell a finished product with PLR or MRR rights, your license to your customers must include these same restrictions. Your customers may not extract the original artwork, redistribute it on its own, or give the product away for free.
About AI-generated artwork
Some assets are created with the help of AI tools. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in some places, and similar images may exist elsewhere. You are responsible for making sure your products follow the rules of the platforms where you sell them, such as Etsy, Amazon or print-on-demand sites.
Ownership
That PLR Shop keeps ownership of the original assets. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them under these terms. You may not claim the original artwork or templates as your own creation.
If your membership ends
You can keep using everything you received while you were a member, and anything you bought separately, such as bundles, under these terms. You will not receive new monthly content after your membership ends.
If these terms are broken
If these terms are not followed, we may end your license and your membership access, and ask you to remove products that don’t comply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to assets downloaded after the update. The date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.
